Just an update on the information presented here. Regulator No. 2 is in the collections of the museum service I work for, Leeds Museums and Galleries, and will be going on display in 2010 probably at the Leeds City Museum. I am on the conservation staff there, specialism wooden objects, furniture, historic interiors, and historic buildings.
