Hi everyone does anyone know where I can find the policy regarding notaries going to the prison to notarize, or do we have to use the ones the prison have, they don't care about time constraints, and they say the inmate has to have the money on his books, he has restitution and I can't afford to lose 55% of what I would have to pay for the notary. If anyone has any info or ph numbers, or where I can find the policy on notaries performing their duties in a State Prison specifically PVSP. Thank You Very Much~emmyare~
