I'm writing organizational Issue Assessment and I'd like to know some of the important things about British Council in general

· Organizational management structure, including volunteer governance and staff

· Strategic vision and innovation (e.g., strategic planning mechanisms, social
entrepreneurship ventures, etc.)
· Funding sources and fundraising strategies
· Communications and marketing
· Capacity-building practices as they relate to staff and volunteers at all levels I'd be glad if someone could provide me with a link that has any official data on these issues
