Hey, i picked up a pkm with a fluted barrel that has been decomitioned. the reciever has been torch cut and reassembled for looks. the problem is there is about a six inch slice on the underside of the reciver end of the barrel. is the slice susposed to be there, or is it part of decomitioning? is there anything i can do to save the barrel if its decomitioned?
