Hi my father and my grand parents were born in El Oued in algeria ...

i know that all of them were french due to the fact the were born before 1962 in algeria...

my question is where can i find my father birth certificates if he was born in 1941 in el-oued algeria.
and can i ask for frenchcitizenship if i got my livret de famille of my father and his birth certificate and im 21 years old...
