Most definately! but you need to monitor the vitamin levels as fish oil has fat soluble vitamins that can build up in the body and be harmful. that said, we have used fish oil for at least 2 years for my daughter with AGS. it has made our dry winters manageable. prior to the oil, we used just the cholestyramine and her itching was still awful. i've heard some say they switch to flaxseed oil in the summer (cause we get vitamin d from the sun) and start the cod liver oil in the late fall. i recomm. the lemon or strawberry flavor.
