Did you ever get an email or get sorted out, I have a problem and am trying to pay my bill but finding it impossible to contact them.

I also have a problem trying to contact then the website doesnt tell you and the customer site says it wont accept my invoice details,they have put the phone down on me twice
i have sent thema fax with my email but have had no joy,im not in thier country as its a holday home so would like to
manage my account from here,any suggestions?and did you have an email address at all?
