I'm willing to be part of this agency, but I'm wondering if I'm qualified, to be honest I have no plan on quitting my present job as Mariner Master on board chemical tanker ship here in abroad. so my question is, can I be a member? some kind of auxiliary or volunteer and by this I think this is one of way that I can contribute something to my country. thanks in advance for any reply.
