History of the temple:
Bairava temple was constructed at distance of one kilometer to the northern side of Siddarampuram village which is in Bukkarayasamudram Mandal in Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh. Neem and Sacred Fig (Bodhi), Prosopis plants sprouted beside temple abruptly while Bairava statue was being engraved in the premises of temple by sculptor. Lord Bairava statue was engraved beautifully and installed in the temple with rituals and rites of prathista ceremony. Yagnams were conducted by Vedic Brahmins in the premises of temple. Temple was eructed in the congenial atmosphere, if any women enters in to garden during menses period suddenly cobra appears.
