I been researching the Line Islands,Specially Malden and Christmas Islands. There is so much discrepancies on the issue of inhabitants, weather or not people live on these island. Some say there is but many say there are inhabitant. What constitutes "inhabitant" other than dictionary versions? Is it zero, or can people still live there and still say it is inhabitant?
