I have a Thuraya IP which has been inactive for a few months. Upon turning it on recently, rather than going through the usual search for a satellite connection it went into manual bypass and remains there.

I can't find anything in the manual to deal with this nor does pushing any of the other controls on the device help.

Any help appreciated!
