I need desprite advice. I have been renting a home from a elder couple. When I moved in the son wanted to take charge I told the couple about this and they said that I was renting from them and I need to deal with them only. Me and my housband have been renting for 9 months now and paying every month on time. The place that we been renting is in a bad shape. my husband has fixed the place up out of his pocket money. The carpet needed to be changed so he bought carpet and asked the landlords if they can have someone to install it. So they had their son write us a letter that they won't us out in 30 days. In big letters he wrote don't talk to my parents and get off my property. I have tried to call the landlords and the son no one answers my calls. So me and my husband started to look for another place a live off our deposit. They are sending me to court for not paying rent. How was I supposed to do that when no one answer my calls. What can I do please some one help me.
