Fighting for what you believe in and using terror tactics to kill innocent people over extremist rhetoric are two completely different things.

Cowards sneak attack and deliberately kill innocent people. There is no justification for that. Hiding behind BS like "we are fighting for what we believe in" only makes their cause even less credible than it already is.

How can they be cowards? Try Osama using a woman as a human shield to try and save his own ass from the soldiers he was battling against. What kind of "soldier" or "man" does THAT?

That is the ESSENCE of a coward. If that doesn't call his actions or message into question, then you are just another one of his blind, fanatical followers with no brain of your own.
