I don't think so. According to wikipedia JPY was born in 1959 and his family moved from Scotland to Australia in 1966.
It appears that Angus Young's family moved from Scotland in 1963. Mind you wikipedia is only slightly above gossip on the reliability ladder.
It would be some connection if it were the case. By coincidence JPY's producers were Vanda and young, the young being George Young, Angus and Malcolms younger brother.
