No. This is not the same individual. This other Dr. Drake is supposedly someone who believes in using magic to help others.

I received a letter in September, sent $25 in October, to date, I have heard nothing from this individual. I'm inclined to believe that this is someone who's out to scam folks. I am definitely going to request my money back.

Are you from Rock Hill too? If this is a scam, as you are inclined to believe and as I now do too, that makes 3 of us scammed here in Rock Hill. I hope we get our money back.

No, I'm from Buffalo, NY. I'm trying to give this individual a chance to respond. I'll wait until the end of December. If I don't get a response after this month, I'll notify the U.S. postal service, and whoever else regarding this type of mail that being sent out, because it's mail fraud.

I believe that this Dr. Frank Drake fellow of some entity called "Artifakts" is a scam. DO NOT send any money. Just a few clicks and absolutely no info of a posative nature can be found on the internet about this guy. I am sorry to hear that your lives are in such dissaray, as is mine, that you would consider a phsycic person to help. I received this same letter on 5/5/2010 in Wyoming. After reading the letter, ooooh sounds really great, I did a few searches, nothing good to be found. It very likely is a scam.

I truely hope thngs get better for you. However, I would not recomend employing the use of a phsycic to bring about those changes.

Hello Ava: I just happen to have received a 4-page letter from him today. He is a Charlatan in my humble opinion, because on November 11th, 2011 I sent him a check for $25 which was cashed by my bank. I never again heard from him until today, Feb. 17th, 2012. Once again requesting a $25 check for all that he is going to do for me. Sure sounded wonderful, but at least I'm only out $25.

I received a letter from this Dr. Frank Drake also. I live in Cleveland, Ohio. When you see something that says(keep this a secret), you know it's a scam. The only person you can know that will change or alter your life if Jesus Christ Himself. You are not to worship or believe in any idols. It's a sin. I hope you get your money back, but I doubt it. Put your trust in Christ Jesus and let Him order your steps day by day. I wish you well and may God bless you as only He can.
