Mr. Brannick,
Thank-you so much for your prompt action upon being notified of the criminal murder attempt by your employee Ms. Janet Lynn Giersch in filing your formal police report into this matter.
In your compliance of the newly mandated Vatican instituted reforms to prevent future United States abuse by requiring background checks for Church employees, now require dioceses faced with criminal allegations to alert the authorities, conduct an investigation and remove the accused from duty.
Let God be our witness to the over 13,000 victims and to the 2 billion dollars in cash damage settlements that when the dioceses try to “cover-up or evade investigation” of criminal corruption of church employees ……. the “very essence of God” is denied.
You can rest assured that the eyes of the thousands of the church employee’s child victims , whose lives have been totally decimated by the church’s criminal corruption and the USA community as a whole, will hopefully look to you as example in the new church's standard of “Zero Tolerance” of church employee corruption.
My family and I are available to you for sworn witness and testimony.
May God help you in your investigation.
Sincerely,
Richard Liberatoscioli
