I am writing a book about being molested as a child by four abusers who are all dead now. The book is informative and is a voice for abused children in the past, present and future. It tells about growing up not able to do anything because of this hinderance. It speaks about prison, drug use and returning to school, getting degrees, winning writing contests, but still not able to function in life outside of this. Writing is all I have to offer but I have no agent because I can't afford one. I want to self publish but have no way of doing that either. I don't know how but I do know it takes money that does not exist. I have no job, get welfare, food stamps and section 8 housing. I want to be able to support myself without governmental help watching for every dime, nickle and penny I may try to hide from them other than what they give me. I am told that I need someone to promote my book. Is anyone able or interested in giving me this jump start? Once published, I can be in a position to help others. The book itself will certainly make a differnce for any child or adult who was and is being sexually abused.
