MY wife's great uncle is Major Lufbery. We are trying to get him credit in his profile with THE AERODROME for the following medals.

The British Military Medal and the French Croix dE Guerre with 10 palms.

Everything we read about the Major says he was awarded these two medals, but we have been unable to confirm with copies of citations or diptches the rationale for being awarded the medals.

We could use your help in assisting us in how we can verify these two medals.

UPDATE

As of April 7,2012 we have received from the French Embassy in Washington, D.C., copies of all of the citations for the medals the Major was awarded in WW1.
