Final diagonisis-Dandy Walker Malformation. Baby(MUNNI) can not speak, continuous ear problem-grommet inserted but spoiled after 8 months, cleft palate-repaired for 3 times but still now there is a small hole, teeth are not in normal position and recurrent teeth-ache, communicating hydrocheaphalous, behaviour problem, recurrent cold infection and fever, Harsprang disease-anorectal myectomy was done but biopsy report reveals absence of nerve cell - still now she is unable to remove stool without laxative. Now can anyone give me helpful suggession?
