Hi all,
I am really stuck on how to tweek minix 3 scheduler and change the quantum to make minix optimesed in termes of speed and performance. I have an easy c# program which I compiled in minix3 and I am suppose to change the scheduler and quatum like I said so that program will run in an optimised settings. I have a very limitted knowledge about minix so I really appreciate any help how to do that. I have been told to go to the kernel and exactly to a file called proc.c which I did manage to open with VI but then I was lost because I didn't know what to change exactly. Thanks Guys
