The need for motorcycle riders to use helmet must be implemented in Bacarra. Last night April 20, 2011 two motorcyle riders collided thereby sustaining head injury on one of the riders. Luckily, the emergency response ambulance being driven by Mr. Rainier Tamayo and a nurse rush to the scene to immediately bring the unconsious victim to the hospital.

It's sad that people get injured and possible death may occur, only if they were only wearing the proper gear (helmet)to protect themselves from such injury.

Hoping this will be an eye opener for the municipality of Bacarra to implement the NO HELMET NO TRAVEL policy to motorcyle, scooters alike.

First we must take care about ourselves , its our life so is our duty.
