My father in law left me as the executrix of his will. There was some property to be sold and someone made an offer. I signed an offer and acceptance which was not dated. The buyers have run into some trouble getting financed but are still holding me to the offer and acceptance, saying that I have to uphold them as the purchasers because it was not dated. I signed that form 8 months ago. What can I do? Thank you.
