Hi Matty, sorry to hear what you are going through. it`s probably the AFL paying this bitch.Kia kaha bro, stay strong!
I wanted to talk to you about my dad. I reckon he would be the biggest rugby league lover of all time.
He use to play back in his day with Graeme west, in Taranaki.I bet if you asked Westy if he knows him, he would say, he was one of the hardest men to ever play the game. They still call him "stiff arm Hapi."
Unfortunately, because he is deaf, he has lived a life of solitude.
Because he has recently suffered his third stroke, he is pretty well home bound.
I was wondering if any chance, you could do a little story on him, he would be so funny to watch someone with raw passion for the game, it`s all he talks about. League, league and league. His vision for the game is twenty years ahead of anyone else. As he is a proud man, anything you could do for him would be much apprecciated.
ps. I was wondering if anything could be done, so the deaf can get game commentry in subtitles?
