Has anyone actually received an order from Strawberry Shortcake central, no one has ever returned my request for status of my order, I have called numerous times either it rang constantly or it was busy. Also, no one returned anything on my request on their website for status,,,eventhough I have the order number which comes up with no problem...and my direct email was returned as not deliverable. Please give me your experience
