I have been informed that I will receive my PR for canada only for a year and i will have to appeal within the one year, what chances do i have if i continue staying and start my college in canada

Best bet would be to send them a letter stating how long it will take to compelte your college courses, and also try to obtain a letter from the college as proof to that fact. If that still will not be enough then I would seek a legal attorney who could assist you in this area
