Dear Sir

With thanks for your time .I am living in Dubai and I love to make candy for my self. I watched all clips about candy making in the internet. But every time I tried to make candy, something worst was happened. At The end I get the result. My problem is about the temperature of the table when I pour the syrup on the table to getting cool before drawing and shaping. I don’t know what the temperature of the table .once more when I am going to make a shape or forming the candy I don’t know about the temperature of the table too. Sometimes it's so soon to getting hard when I am going to make a shape and sometimes it never get hard when I pour the syrup on the table. I don't know what should I do. It would be appreciated if you could help me I am so sorry about some writing mistakes.
