we are thinking about the possible correlation between neurotransmitters (dopamine level in specific)/genes and positive emotional behavior/satisfaction, any idea about the related markers to be assayed and the technique to be employed.

Positive behavior, even when forced (such as a forced laugh or smile) releases dopamine which stimulates the pleasure/reward centers of the brain.

we are trying to set cell culture system to test effects of positive emotion on dopamine / dopamine markers in vitro. Any idea about cell lines that proper markers the best treatment?
