Hello,

My name is Wesley Calayag from Fairfax Va.USA.
I share ownership of a property at 5817 Jacobo St.
City of Makati. Does your office or any other agency
have an idea of market value on the area of the subject
property? I am having a big issue on the property. My
brother does not want to divide property. He refused and
denies my share. He does not communicate with me in
any manner whatsoever. Our parents are deceased and it's
high time we divide the property. He does not want to
do it the easy way. Therefore I have to take a
different course of action.

I'd appreciate it if you can provide me information on
this matter. I need an approximate market value before
I take action. Certainly, an appraiser can do the job
but under the circumstances it's not feasible as I
write.

Aside from taking him to court, what are the other
options I have to put my claim into action?
