I have a prototype that works very well and would like to find funding for it. It will cut heating and cooling costs in any home by up to 30%. This will cut CO2 output slowing greenhouse effects and save millions of gallons of oil. The USA can still get its oil from Canada only for a longer time and later at a higher price. Where do people like me go who do we talk to.
