I have a question concerning writing a Quality Assurance Manual. I work for a company that basically ha two separate entities. One is a Sales and Service of Diesel Engines and Parts, the other is a manufacturer of diesel powered gensets in certain markets. My question is this: Can I write a manual encompassign both entities or would it be better to write two separate manuals?
