If witness accounts state that Switzer was unarmed at the time of Stiltz murdering him with a gun then why hasn't this case been reopened to investigation so to vindicate Switzer from the 'Justifiable Homicide' charge that allowed Stiltz to walk away as a free man after he gunned down Switzer?

Doesn't anyone in the Switzer family really care how this injustice tore up his parents and siblings emotionally for years after this event?
