I have read some reports which state there was no passenger service from this station and others which say the station was built but never opened. Yet another which states there was no station at all.
There was a station, it is marked on a 1930 map of Kilmarnock and my father can remember going on a Sunday School outing from there Circa 1920/22.
Can anyone give more info on its history
