Good Morning all

I have a protein solution ( 0.025 mg/mL) that I am analyzing on Uvikon XL and Varian Cary 300 UV spectrophotometers. I am getting 2 different wavelengths for the same analyte. I get 199 nm on Uvikon and 195 nm on Cary 300 at wavelength scan of 190 - 700 nm.

Why this variation? Both the instruments are calibrated and validated!
