Open and honest discussion as to why Corrections Vic/Dept of Justice/Other Contracted Servcies who spend millions on reintergration programs refuse to employee people with CRN number. What example/message is being sent to the general public.

We have the same issue here in the states..I'm a recently released ex-felon, and have enrolled in college, just to get a degree, in social work, so I'll be in a better position to change the system. As it is, many ex prisoners will certainly return to thier old ways, because no opportunities exist, what option do they have??
