Sir Thomas Reginald St-Johnston

Sir Thomas Reginald St-Johnston was Governor of the Leeward Islands from 1929 to 1936. He also had many other postings and wrote books. He was my grandfather's cousin. Does anyone know much more about him. I want to start his wikipedia page.

I am still looking for the other I had with the 1920 date when he was acting governor of the Falkland Islands.
