I am currently writing a novel and recalling the final race evening when Stars and Stripes won the Cup back. I spent the night at the Esplanade Hotel chatting with one of the syndicate owners, an orthopadic surgeon from Philadelphia and he gave me a pink T-Shirt. I am just wondering if anyone recalls his name as I would like to get in touch with him and thank him for the very kind taxi fare home! The novel is fiction so I wont be mentioning any names.
