After viewing all of That Girl seasons, I think Ted Bessell is one of the most talented, under-rated stars of the past.
No wonder all the girls wanted someone like him for a boyfriend or husband. There is no one so sensitive to your every feeling like he was. And of course, I'm talking about his character on the show. Even his wife said at times she wished he was more like "Donald Hollinger" I do believe that show was the most well written, best acting,funniest
and the closest to a mini movie than all the other sit coms.
Can you tell I like the show.
Even though it was called That Girl and Marlo Thomas is the star, there was many a time that she stepped aside and let Ted Bessell have his due. There seemed to be such gueniness
in their feelings to each other, it is no wonder that they remained friends throughout their life.
I can't say enough about them, him or their show.
