I'm new to this forum, but not new to the knowing what I think I know about Moloch. Supposedly, throughout the ancient world, children were routinely sacrificed to Moloch in a propitiatory attempt to gain favor--they were burned to death--alive and kicking.

I have read accounts of his worship continuing in modern times with the nazis, whereby certain people swear that the death camps were set up as areas to conduct sacrifices to Moloch through the immolation of the living.

Bohemian Grove in northern San Francisco, too, is a cited area for the worship of Moloch in the form of a giant owl. Moloch to my knowledge was never assiciated with owls--but bulls--kind of reminds one of Mitras . . .

I think demons run in families, that is I think whole lineages are consigned to demons for centuries on end; people being born into these families have no choice. They are trapped--many never figure it out--in fact, most don't.

Along these lines, I am interested in knowing more about Moloch's worship on the island of Sicily . . .
