1. Terezin (Czech for Theresienstadt).
2. A supposed Transit Ghetto, for privileged Jews.
3. A Direct route for Jews to Auschwitz.
4. A Former Army Barracks
5. POW's interned there from June 14th. 1940.
6. Established as a Jewish 'reserve', November 24th. 1941.
7. Half of all Jews interned there, were Czech Jews.
8. 33,500 Jews killed there.
9. 140,000 Jews routed to Theresienstadt from more than 30 Nations.
10. More than 90,000 Jews were then re-routed to Auschwitz and were destroyed there.
