I think it's funny how well Mark covers up the other murder but when he kills Mrs. Ruggles, he makes the mistake of leaving the window open and he doesn't dipose of the brown sweater after he killed her.

He probably didn't care he knew he that the others were going to get caught and so he just killed her. I really dont think that Mark would feel bad about hardly anything.
