Asalamu alaikum warahmatullah sdr. Dtk Seri Najib Tun Razak, I was the secretary-General of Badan Revolusi Agama in MCKK when I saw you walking around as a young and aspiring kid in MCKK compound near the Pavilion. So you can imagine that I am now almost 58 years old. There is something eerie about Japan which I want to share my feelings with you as our beloved and respected PM of Malaysia. Mr. Kan hold the executive power as PM to decide now for the interest of his people and the future generation of all of us in the ASEAN region. But he cannot be blamed if he has to focus his problem solely on Japan. The onus now is on you, the next executive power of this beloved country and a leading member of ASEAN. The debacle of nuclear reactors in Northern Japan will be the failure of all of us in ASEAN and Pacific Rim to react, and don't just blame Japan. Our beloved Tun Dr. Mahathir had made us to look East but the East is now burning with radioactivity and its falling economy. Can you, the once aspiring kid, exercise your executive power to gather the ASEAN leaders + the East Asia caucus to meet and in unison pledge economic and security package to burning Japan short of a Marshal Plan? Can you, as a respected leader in the world community bring to attention the commons tragedy to all economies and populations in ASEAN if Japan fails? Can you, as the eloquent PM, with permission from PM of Japan, appeal to UN to allow temporarily for Japan to use all its military might to entomb deep into earth the troubled multi-billion nuclear assets, in return for the safety of people and future generations of ASEAN and Pacific Rim region? Can you as the people's PM ask for a review of the Malaysian Nuclear Power Plans? A commons tragedy is when we all end up as losers in the long term although some of us may have short-term gains for doing nothing or little for the commons.
