I am preparing a tender document for purchasing 4 turbo compressor gas turbine drive.
my question is how to insert in the tender evaluation some criteria to equalize between all gas turbine manufacturer in maintenance and major overhaual cost
as some of gas turbine manufacturer consume large amount of spares and other major overhaul comes after 30,000 hours and others 50,000; and some other make module exchange...
please if someone can help in this
