Just bought a 4x4 1998 Durango that seemed to have no issues outside of ABS light being constantly on; before I went to pick it up (freon was being added, etc) sev'l guys I know, one a mechanic said the transmission was a prob for quite a few of the Durango's and as this one is 156,000 miles and checked out (man doesn't sell junk), we fig'd there wouldn't be any problems soon. Any one out there know if there are specific problems with ABS or transmissions during certain years? thanks
