I just wanted to say thankyou for such a good book.The Necessary Aptitude was brilliant .Good honest literature I thought that newspaoer inthe privy mid had gone out by the forties.It was certainly used when I was a child in the thirties.Did Pam ever wish on the eye of the White Horse Hill ? I did when I was 5yrs old in 1930.It can true years later!
