I bought a Pulte Home 2004 and was unable to sell it during the entire housing boom period. Legally your sale of a moldy house is not possible and you pay punitive damages. I was evicted by mold from my Pulte home and had a sickly premature baby in Las Vegas hotelroom. I suffered over one million medical and loss of home value damages. Pulte has not compensated. Pulte homes has poorly educated teenagers as supervisors and other childlike staff. How come I am 100% responsible selling rotting house, but builder can delay repairs until they have sold out? Laws should be changed and consumers especially their children should have a right for fair compensation (medical and financial).
