Let me start with the fact that I have talked to 38 different departments at chase and to no avail. I am try to do a short sale on a property that Wamu has a lien on. Since chase now owns Wamu and all thier records per the FDIC I have contact them about this lien, they do not have my clients (I am a real estate agent) socail security # or the house address or the loan #. We have been at this for months. We need to get some help to prevent foreclosure. they claim they can do nothing for us and they have no department to help with this kind of problem because this has never happened before. We have a forclosure date of Feb 7 and its wrong that someone can loose a home because the bank can't find the loan.
