We have a partial ingroung home which has an almost flat roof, only a 6" pitch. It was built by a former resident not a professional. We have tried to maintain and it over the years by applying rubber coating but now the entire roof is leaking and the inside house is flooding during heavy rains this spring. There is only a 6-8" space between roof and inside ceilings. Insulation is now soaked and water is coming in thru drywall and heater vents. Our funds are limited and putting on an entirely new roof with rafters is not feasible for us. which I know is how it should be done. Is there a good inexpensive way to repair this? We now have 4 rooms which are being flooded and I am sick about this.
