The public footpath from Hindley Station to Hindley Mill Lane has been blocked by a fence and two sets of metal gates, one of the sets has a paddlock and chain on it to stop the public from walking along the footpath. I am a member fo the Facebook group, "West Hindley would like to meet East Hindley (Right-of-way)." This group was formed as a protest against the blockage. The people how put the blockage in place DID NOT have planning permission to do it. It was refused. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get the blockages removed. Leagaly.
