The various types of Grape Wines, even Sakes, have been taste profiled ad nauseum. It's difficult to find a good description of what Chinese Rice Wine tastes like, and by Chinese Rice Wine I mean Drinking Quality Chinese Rice Wine (aka Shao Wine, Huang Jiu, Yellow Wine). Any other Chinese Rice Wine connoisseurs out there? What English words do you use to describe Chinese Rice Wine?
