Well the han fell in 220 A.D. and it followed with the three kingdoms era, a civil war between 3 warlords. Cao Cao of Wei, Sun Quan of Wu, and Liu Bei of Shu. This period was united under Jin, which led to the Jin Dynasty that fell 36 years later
